Board of Advisors (BOA)
The Board of Advisors (BOA) plays a crucial role in providing professional insights and support to Penn Student Agencies (PSA), in alignment with PSA’s mission and vision.
Purpose
The primary objectives of the BOA are:
- Develop Understanding: Provide insights and perspectives from various professional fields to enhance PSA’s operations.
- Support New Ventures: Offer guidance and resources to foster the development of innovative projects and initiatives.
- Foster Networking: Facilitate connections between PSA and industry professionals, creating opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Collaborate on Programming: Work closely with PSA to design and implement programs that benefit the student community and beyond.
- Encourage Sustainable Growth: Advise on strategies for long-term success and sustainability.
- Monitor Agency Performance: Regularly evaluate and provide feedback on PSA’s performance and strategic direction.

The BOA consists of:
- Campus Student Leaders: Bringing student perspectives and insights into the advisory process.
- Penn Faculty & Staff: Representing University Partners and contributing academic and institutional expertise.
- PSA Alumni: Leveraging their professional experience and connections to support the current generation of PSA leaders.
