Portfolio Executive Team
Ria is a third-year at Wharton concentrating in Finance. She is from Malvern, Pennsylvania. On campus, she is involved in the Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club, Wharton Undergraduate Consulting Club, and the Penn Period Project. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and recreating TikTok recipes. Her hot take is that 1920s Commons is the best dining hall on campus!
Ria started with PSA as it’s VP of Sales & Revenue and was responsible for driving new sources of revenue and service implementation across PSA portfolio businesses to assist in PSA’s financial growth.
As CEO, she is responsible for aligning strategic development with our core purpose, maintaining strong financial performance, and nurturing valuable alumni & campus relationships. Working alongside the Advisory Board, Ria is entrusted with ensuring that our organization’s mission and vision are not only realized but also expanded upon. All Student Leadership report into Ria.
Jake is a third-year in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences studying Mechanical Engineering originally from Lebanon, Pennsylvania. He is also involved on campus in One for the World and Research at Penn GRASP Lab. Jake has binge-watched the entirety of The Office at least 8 times and doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon. His hot take is that 1920s Commons food is not actually that terrible.
Jake started with PSA as the VP of Procurement and was responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that optimize costs, ensure timely delivery of goods, and maintain high-quality standards.
As COO, he is responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of business operations, human resources, and people operations/talent efforts. All Managing Directors report directly to Jake for daily supervision.
Portfolio Support Team
Julia Im is a sophomore studying economics and design at the College of Arts and Science. She has worked in various roles in digital marketing prior to joining the Penn community. She grew up in Los Angeles, and loves spending time at the beach, thrifting, and trying new cafes. She is looking forward to connecting with like-minded and creative people at Penn Student Agencies!
As VP of Creative & Design Strategy, Julia is responsible for shaping and executing our brand strategy, strategic marketing initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
Constantin is a second-year majoring in mechanical engineering and minoring in economics and mathematics. He grew up in Geneva and later moved to Zurich, Switzerland.
Outside of classes, Constantin is involved for the Assembly of International Students as well as Penn Aerospace Club. He is excited to join the PSA family and help PSA achieve its growth strategy.
As Vice President of Finance, Constantin is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and management of the organization. His role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, preparation of comprehensive financial reports, and provides strategic insights to support the organization’s growth and financial health.
Mykhailo is a forward-thinking student who aims for a double major in Economics and International Relations. Actively engaged on campus, he contributes to the Ukrainian Student Association and the Assembly of International Students Alumni & Employment committee. With an enriched global perspective from eight months in Belgium, Mykhailo eagerly anticipates leading new media projects on campus. Committed to collaborative learning, he seeks knowledge exchange with peers. Mykhailo also focuses on refining communication skills through client interactions. In his primary role, he has served as a Photographer for The Record since November 2023 and is leading the charge on PSA’s programming during New Student Orientation for the Class of 2028.
The PSA NSO Director is a comprehensive role responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the New Student Orientation (NSO) for Penn Student Agencies (PSA). This position combines the responsibilities of coordinating logistical planning, training, sales, and engagement activities to ensure a successful NSO week. This position will report directly to the PSA Program Manager and guidance from the PSA C-Suite team.
Williams Cafe Team
Samantha is a B.A. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Chemistry candidate in the College of Arts and Sciences. She is part of the Vagelos Molecular Life Sciences Scholars program and is involved in research at the Perelman School of Medicine’s Department of Physiology. She is also an active participant in various music groups at Penn, playing cello in the Penn Symphony Orchestra and piano in Penn Chamber, and enjoys singing and playing the guitar in her free time. She is looking forward to working with the Williams Cafe team to make sure everyone’s voices are heard, as well as meeting other Penn community members that can help her gain invaluable business experience that can only be learned outside of the classroom.
Rei is a second-year in Wharton planning to study Business Economics and Public Policy as a concentration. As an international student from Thailand, this is his second year in the US, which fills him with excitement to meet new people and surround himself in a new environment. Outside of class, he is a project leader in the Global strategy branch of Wharton Asian Exchange, spearheading consulting projects. He also keeps in touch with his Japanese and Thai roots through being a part of both the JSA and PennThai boards. As a foodie, he often enjoys eating out around Philly beli-ing every restaurant he goes to with his friends. Starting this semester, he also started writing for 34th street, hoping to give his food reviews an audience. He is looking forward to interacting with passionate people who find excitement in problem-solving and behind-the-scenes work!
firstServices Team
Ayesha intends to major in Economics and Legal Studies. Being from Norway, she enjoys being outdoors and therefore began rowing, which she now does here at Penn. Ayesha has had previous experience working with Amnesty International in Norway as Youth president and additionally taught youths the skills of public speaking and debate. When she isn’t doing school work or rowing, she is probably cooking or on the hunt for new cool coffee places to frequent. She is excited to step into this new position and forge strong relationships whilst understanding the nuances of running a successful businesses.
Wyatt is pursuing his bachelor’s degree in economics at Wharton. He hopes to join Wharton clubs and Christian clubs on campus. He is also interested in joining the club Volleyball team. One fun thing about Wyatt is that I live on a dairy farm of 500 acres and 400 cows. Wyatt started with firstServices as a Delivery Associate before being promoted to Manager.
As the Operations Manager, he oversees the efficient logistics and operations of our laundry, water, dry-cleaning, and care package services. His role is crucial in ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliveries to our valued customers.
Ellen leads firstServices’ customer interactions with unparalleled dedication. As the Customer Experience Manager, she excels in managing inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales for our laundry, water, dry-cleaning, and care package services. Her commitment to excellence ensures exceptional customer satisfaction and contributes significantly to our revenue growth.
The Record Team
Dinisha currently pursuing her Master’s in Behavioural and Decision Sciences as primary majors and Organizational Dynamics as secondary majors, at the Liberal and Professional Studies Department. She comes from North India, and likes to describe herself as a ‘Punjabi Foody’. Professionally, She has 4+ years of industry experience as an HR professional with some of the Fortune 500s. She is looking forward to sharpen her leadership skills and build connections with like-minded entrepreneurs who like to face challenges as they come. She is here to make a difference, learn, grow and build something unforgettable!
