Hailing from around the world, our student leaders tackle daily challenges with creativity and implement ideas that propel PSA and its various businesses toward sustained growth and new opportunities. Their dedication and ingenuity are the cornerstones of our organization’s progress.
Ayesha is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Economics with minors in Legal Studies and History. Originally from Oslo, Norway, she enjoys skiing and exploring historical sites and galleries.
Ayesha has spent the past year as the Managing Director of firstServices, PSA’s largest agency, and is excited to step into the CEO role.
She shares, “I’m deeply grateful to be given this opportunity to contribute to this amazing organization for another year.”
Olivia is a junior in The Wharton School, pursuing a concentration in management with a specialization in organizational effectiveness.
On campus, she is actively involved as a member of Wharton Council, the Kite and Key Tour Guide Society, and as a Wharton Undergraduate Peer Advisor. Originally from West Virginia, she has a deep love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, fishing, and kayaking, especially with family and friends.
During her time at PSA, Olivia has served as a barista, Williams Cafe Catering Supervisor, and Williams Cafe Operations Manager. She is excited to continue both her own growth and the growth of PSA in the People and Operations Vertical as the COO.
Annabel is a first-year studying Economics with a minor in Consumer Psychology. She currently serves as the College of Arts and Science 2028 Class Board Chair and is involved in Wharton Women and Women in Consulting.
Annabel enjoys running, playing guitar, and trying new foods—her dream is to travel the world tasting different cuisines (and she hopes to study abroad in Asia!).
She’s looking forward to helping expand PSA’s reach and connect with Penn’s entrepreneurial community.
Jake is a junior in the School of Engineering and Applied Science, majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics with minors in Mathematics and Engineering Entrepreneurship.
He’s previously built shape-shifting robots, worked with the Penn Engineering Council, and even volunteered to build smoothie bikes. A lover of national parks and backpacking, Jake has driven across the country twice and can recite every line from The Office.
At PSA, he’s excited to enhance internal systems and help improve operational excellence across the agencies.
Constantin is a sophomore majoring in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Economics and Mathematics.
Originally from Geneva and later Zurich, he is passionate about outdoor sports including skiing, sailing, hiking, and running.
Having contributed to the FY2025 team, Constantin returns ready to support PSA’s financial strategy and growth. He’s looking forward to collaborating closely with the new leadership team.
Will is a Master of Environmental Studies candidate focusing on sustainability, with a background in agricultural science and biology from Sydney.
Outside of class, he’s a rugby enthusiast who plays for both Penn and Wharton teams, and he once spent six months hiking, skiing, and working in Banff, Canada.
Will looks forward to building community and bringing sustainability initiatives to Williams Café.
Madeline is a first-year in the College of Arts & Sciences majoring in English with a strong passion for writing and politics. She’s performed in Penn theater productions like Rocky Horror and Tick, Tick…Boom!, and has worked as both a hostess and barista.
Currently a college ambassador for RYZE Coffee, and she’s excited to bring her experience and creativity to Williams Café.
Daeun is a first-year student at Wharton studying Finance and Marketing. She’s involved in TEDxPenn, MUSE, and REACH, and loves reading, watching musicals, and visiting art museums.
She’s excited to develop her marketing, graphic design, and promotional skills as part of the WilCaf team.
Grace is a first-year student in the Management & Technology Program, studying Computer Science, Finance, and Marketing. She’s involved in Hack4Impact, MUSE, Women in Computer Science, Pan Asian Dance Troupe, and Phi Chi Theta.
Originally from Lexington, MA, Grace enjoys oil painting, crossword puzzles, baking, and café-hopping around Philly.
She’s excited to lead PSA’s largest agency and contribute to meaningful, real-world impact.
Darren is a first-year student in the College of Arts & Sciences pursuing a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. He’s an active member of Penn Lions and Phi Alpha Delta, Penn’s pre-law fraternity.
Darren enjoys basketball, volleyball, cooking, and immersing himself in different cultures through travel. A fun fact: he was once fluent in three Chinese dialects!
Darren looks forward to supporting First Services’ continued growth and developing professionally within PSA.
Ivana is a first-year student at Wharton with intended concentrations in Finance and Statistics. Born in San Juan and raised in Lima, she loves dancing to Latin music, cooking, and working out. She’s an Investment Team Analyst for the Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club, involved in Wharton Latino and Wharton Investment and Trading Group.
Ivana is excited to gain hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to the yearbook’s growth.
Brianna is a sophomore majoring in Cognitive Science and Computer Science, with a minor in Consumer Psychology. She’s involved in ILMUNC, Penn Spark, PEER, and Kite & Key, and also races with a Dragon Boat club.
At The Record, she oversees quality control, outlining, and proofreading, and brings prior experience managing yearbooks to ensure this edition is truly memorable.
Renny is a first-year student in the Huntsman Program studying Business and International Studies, with a likely concentration in Retail and Management. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she’s involved in Wharton Women, Wharton Asia Exchange, STEP, and P1P.
Renny enjoys sewing and fashion and is excited to channel her creativity into marketing initiatives at The Record.
