Each week concludes with a shadow period with outgoing leadership for practical application and skill refinement.

Attire is business casual for all group sessions, with agency-specific dress codes for agency trainings.

Our training culminates in a final deliverable of a Strategic Business Plan document and presentation to be used as a guide for the upcoming fiscal year.
